About Lotic Factor

We believe in producing technology that adds value.  It's that simple.

At Lotic Factor we focus on three areas.  First and most importantly, we strive to provide value-adding technology solutions that are stable, flexible, extensible, maintainable, and robust.  Secondly, we work to satisfy the needs of those using the solution.  Finally, we try to do all of this within the "iron triangle" (scope, budget, time) while working with the client to incorporate change requests and adjustments in the business environment.

Provide technology solutions that actually add value.

We believe in this philosophy passionately.  We strive to add value with every engagement. We feel that adding value through stable technology solutions is more important than just about anything else.

This is best accomplished when we build a relationship with you.  We learn your business needs and goals, and how you work within the business.  The resulting bond that forms is one of the most beneficial conduits to building solutions that work...for you.

Company history

Brian Lanham has been interested in striking out on his own for over a decade.  When Brian asked his uncle, a successful investment counselor, he responded:

"You should probably watch someone else do it first."

Brian never forgot that and paid close attention to other business owners, leaders, executives, and managers.  When a series of circumstances revealed an opportunity, he decided to take it.

The result is a range of custom software development services that reach beyond Web applications and into the enterprise.  Learn more about how our services can benefit you in meeting your needs.
