Project Adoption & Transition Protocols

You cannot feasibly accept every project that comes your way and work them all concurrently.  We know, we've been there.  We will show you how to organize your project portfolio and schedule projects based on stakeholder-defined priorities.  There is a formal procedure for chartering and initiating projects and following them helps you manage expectations and obtain resources.  At some point you must transition the product of the project to the users and start a new, maintenance project for that product.

We show you how to say "Yes." with conditions that require stakeholders to set priorities.  Our team helps establish formal procedures for managing change requests at the program level (that is, dealing with new and cancelled projects) and for each project (such as requirements changes).  We teach you to set and manage expectations so that there are few stakeholder surprises, all while adhering to governance constraints.
